ABOUT US
keithswann.my.id is an independent publication covering the news that shapes ordinary life: local decisions, public opinion, housing, technology, cities and the way society changes. We write in plain English, lead with evidence and tell readers what we do not know.
Who we are
We are a small editorial team of reporters, analysts and editors with backgrounds in local news, data journalism and policy research. Between us we have covered council meetings, housing markets, newsroom technology and the everyday economics of households. keithswann exists to connect those threads in one place.
Our mission
Our mission is to make public issues understandable without flattening them. We explain what happened, why it matters, who is affected and what to watch next. We avoid false certainty, label opinion clearly and publish corrections when we get something wrong.
Editorial standards
We accept no payment for favourable coverage. Claims are checked against published documents, official data and people with direct knowledge. Where a story relies on a single source, we say so. Where a figure is disputed, we show the range. When we make a mistake, we correct it openly rather than quietly editing the record.
The team
Our writers cover five beats: local headlines, public opinion, news analysis, trending topics and society updates. Each article carries a byline and a date, and our editorial decisions are made by people, not automated systems. If something in our work looks wrong, tell us and we will investigate and respond.
